I’ve been an active member of IVC since 1972 and am currently a Vice-President.

I met my wife here (and two of my sisters met their husbands in IVC)

I have always been an active member:
holding various positions within the club including:
   Membership Secretary,
   Farmhouse Warden, (I was on the Farmhouse committee for 20 years)
   Rambles Co-ordinator
   Vice-President
   Currently I am the official Archivist (having most bulletins, minutes etc. since 1958)
   (I have had an official position for all but one of the years since 1973 -
     sub-comittee, main committee, committee assistant, vice-president).

I've organised garden croquet every summer since 1987, the occasional ramble, and other events.
I go on several weekends away each year: sometimes organising one.
